These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Seshh Boozers website, mobile application, and related services operated by Seshh Limited ("Seshh Limited", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Seshh Boozers, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
Seshh Boozers is intended for adults aged 18 and over because of its nightlife and alcohol-related context.
You must only use the service if:
- you are at least 18 years old
- you can form a binding agreement
- you comply with these Terms and applicable law
3. What the Service Is
Seshh Boozers is a venue-based story product that helps users discover nearby bars, pubs, and clubs through short live stories. Users may create accounts, upload stories, view profiles, report content, block users, and manage their accounts.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure
- the activity that takes place through your account
- providing accurate account information
You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
5. User Content
You may submit content to the service, including photos, videos, profile images, display names, support communications, and other materials you upload or publish through the service ("User Content").
You are responsible for the User Content you post.
You confirm that:
- you own your User Content or have the right to post it
- your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right
- your User Content does not breach these Terms
6. Public Story Posting
Seshh Boozers is designed around public venue stories.
If you post a story, you understand that:
- it may be visible to other users while live
- your display name may appear with it
- your profile image may appear with it if you have set one
- it may appear on venue feeds and profile surfaces during its live period
Stories are intended to remain live for up to 7 days unless removed sooner.
7. Licence You Grant to Seshh Limited
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by posting User Content through Seshh Boozers, you grant Seshh Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and make available that User Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and promote the service.
This licence lasts for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service and handle related moderation, safety, legal, or operational matters.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use Seshh Boozers to:
- post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, threatening, harassing, violent, or sexually exploitative content
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- upload misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating content
- spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
- upload malware or harmful code
- use the app in a way that risks harm to other users, venues, or the service
9. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Seshh Boozers includes reporting and blocking tools.
We may review reports and take action that we consider appropriate, including:
- removing content
- limiting visibility of content
- suspending or terminating accounts
- preserving records needed for safety, legal, or enforcement purposes
We may remove User Content or suspend or remove accounts at our discretion where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, operational integrity, or legal compliance.
Users who are blocked may have their content hidden from the person who blocked them.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Seshh Boozers if:
- you breach these Terms
- your use creates risk for other users or the platform
- we need to comply with law or legal process
- we reasonably believe moderation or safety action is required
We may also remove User Content in connection with those actions.
11. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account in-app.
Based on the current service behavior, account deletion removes:
- your account
- your profile
- your live stories
Some operational, legal, or moderation records may be retained where reasonably necessary.
12. Venue and Content Accuracy
Seshh Boozers relies in part on user-generated content and venue-related information. We do not guarantee that venue atmosphere, availability, crowd conditions, or story content will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your preferences.
You use venue and story information at your own discretion.
13. Intellectual Property
The website, app, branding, software, layout, and service materials other than User Content are owned by or licensed to Seshh Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the service except as allowed by law or by our written permission.

Seshh Boozers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every place or at every time.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seshh Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Seshh Boozers after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law applies in your place of residence.
